    The municipal hall is at the far end of a perfect quadrangle facing the church. There’s lots of old houses in Pila also. Additionally, this is where archiologist found a copper plate with inscriptions. It just goes to say that Filipinos are not the barbarians the Spaniards painted us to be when they arrived during the 15th century.

    My grandfather Kelly Anterola was from Pila. I’ve been told most of the people who live here are related to me. One day i hope to travel and see the area of my roots.

    Amazingly intense color for a small town hall. I should visit this one of these days. 🙂
