I saw this building when I went to Iloilo City 2 years ago. May I suggest 2 things to the owners: (1) they should maintain the white color of the building, and (2) they should regulate the location and size of the signage of their lessees. In the latter case, as the picture shows – the signs overwhelm and obscure the facade. Thanks for your time.
